Mark Hockenberg joined NextFifty Initiative in July 2017 after serving as Controller for Rose Community Foundation. He began his career in public accounting and has held roles in finance, income taxes and information technology.
Mark grew up in Nebraska and has been a Colorado resident since 1996. He earned his M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University. Mark is a certified public accountant.
Mark enjoys woodworking and travel and is an instrument rated private pilot. He has also served as a board member for Denver Urban Gardens and a volunteer patrol officer for the City of Lone Tree Police Department.
